At Care Factor, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. All our domestic shipping is handled via Australia Post for reliable and trackable delivery across Australia.
Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Estimates (after dispatch):
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on location)
Delivery times may vary slightly for regional or remote areas.

0kg - 1kg - $9.95
1.01kg - 3kg - $14.95
3.01kg - 5kg - $18.95
Orders over $120 are free standard shipping
Express Shipping
0kg - 1kg - $14.95
1.01kg - 3kg - $19.95
3.01kg - 5kg - $24.95
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your delivery at: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/
Delays and Issues
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to weather events, public holidays, or carrier disruptions. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@carefactor.store so we can assist you.
Incorrect Address or Returned Packages
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage fees may apply to re-send the order. Please contact us ASAP if you think you've shipped to the wrong address and we will do our best to change the address before it is shipped.
