Care Factor’s Easy-Peasy Returns Policy: Because We’ve Got Your Back!

At Care Factor, we totally get it—sometimes your midnight shopping spree turns into a change of heart, or maybe that scrub didn’t fit quite like you imagined. No worries, we’re here for you! You’ve got 30 days from the moment you receive your order to let us know if you need a return/exchange. No hard feelings.

How to Return Your Scrubs 

Care Factor will only offer refunds for items that are defective or faulty. If you’ve decided to return your item for an exchange, here's what we need to make the process smooth as a fresh pair of scrubs:

  • The item should be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags still on, and in its original packaging. If there are signs of makeup, stains or smells on the items they will be returned at the customers expense.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. (We promise, no secret codes needed.)

Once you’ve gathered everything up, drop us a line at hello@carefactor.store and let us know you’re ready to return. We’ll send you a return shipping label and simple instructions on where to send it back. (Pro tip: Returns without prior contact will have to stay in their package… we can’t accept them!)

Return Policy for Compression Socks

Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, compression socks cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We highly recommend checking our sizing charts thoroughly before finalising your order to ensure the perfect fit for your long shifts.

Please note: This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or fault, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

Uh-oh! If your order arrived damaged, defective, or if you got the wrong item, please reach out to us ASAP. Damaged and defective items can be refunded or exchanged for a new item. We want you to be happy with every purchase, so don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll make it right!

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we can’t offer returns on sale items or gift cards. Sorry, no exceptions here, but we’re happy to help if you have questions about it!

Exchanges—Let’s Make It Easy

Here’s a little secret: The fastest way to get that perfect scrub or accessory is by returning your item ASAP and letting us know what size you want to change for, that way we can make sure it’s popped aside for you so you don’t miss out. Alternatively you can request a store credit for use at a later date when a new print comes out! 

Refunds—We’ve Got You Covered

Once we’ve received your return and inspected it, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, your money will be back in your account within 10 business days (though your bank may take a little longer). If more than 15 days have passed and you haven’t seen that refund, reach out to us at hello@carefactor.store and we’ll track it down!
